pumpkin soup, tea and music

Autumn is nearer than ever. The leaves are starting to change and the days are shorter and a little colder. It's the season of fruit and cosy moments so I decided to share my autumn pumpkin soup recipe with you. If you are feeling a tired and have a sore throat from the changes in the weather, don't worry I have a very delicious tea for you! Enjoy the wonderful autumn days that are about to come.

Pumkin Soup
What you'll need: some hokkaido pumpkin, salt, water, coconut milk
Things you could add:  sweet potato, carrot, thyme, cinnamon, honey, any other spices you like

Boil the cut hokkaido pumpkin pieces (and sweet potato, carrot)until they get very soft. Be sure that you don't add too much water because then the soup might get too watery. Also this will take a while so just be patient and let your pumpkin boil. When the pieces get soft just use a fork or a mixer to get a soupy consistency. Add coconut milk to make the soup creamy and add spices and honey to make it tasty. When you think your soup looks edible it probably is. Enjoy your jummy pumpkin soup!

Tee against a sore throat

Boiling water with lemon, ginger, a bit of cinnamon and honey.
